INSTRUCTIONS:

Herbal tea: Infuse hot 5-10 min or cold 12-24h.

Green tea: Infuse hot 3-5 min or cold 6-12h

Delicious hot or iced, and even reheated the following day. Herbal teas are caffeine free and can be enjoyed any time of the day.
