It all started in 2015 with an early retirement offer from Bell Canada. After a successful career in marketing and operations management in Canada and elsewhere, this turning point allowed us to discover a new passion.
The opportunity presented itself a few months later during a trip to the Rose valley in Bulgaria, and then to the Spice Bazaar in Istanbul, Turkey. Whole Damask rose buds were sold in bulk to make tea and other culinary delights.
Inspired by the beauty of nature, the seed sprouted. Passionate about botany, natural health and gastronomy, and with a Bachelor's degree in NeuroScience, it was time to go back to my roots. Everything in life happens for a reason.
Back in Quebec, my partner Pierre and I wanted to recreate at home this art of living which celebrates the beauty, delights and benefits of exceptional flowers. When life sends you flowers, make flower tea.
