INGREDIENTS: organic green tea, whole jasmine flower.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Avoid boiling water. The ideal temperature for brewing Chinese green tea is between 70 ° C and 90 ° C. Above 90 ° C, the flavor and nutrients of green tea may be distorted.

Avoid steeping for too long. Infuse hot 3-5 minutes and remove the bag or loose plants when the infusion is to your liking. After this brewing time, green tea will tend to become bitter.

Contains caffeine.

Loose tea: ½ -1 tsp. tea per cup (150 ml)
