Mulled Wine with Chai Spices

PREPARATION: 30 minutes |YIELD: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 750 ml (3 cups) red wine (1 bottle)
  • 2 sachets (6g bulk) Chai Hibiscus herbal tea
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) maple syrup
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, bring all the ingredients to a boil. Continue cooking over low heat for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and strain. Save the orange slices and cinnamon sticks for decoration.

  2. Serve in toddy-style glasses with orange slices and cinnamon sticks. Enjoy!
