1 sachet (3 g bulk) of Wild Mallow FloralTea herbal tea
375 ml (1 ½ cups) of cow's milk or vegetable milk
1½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
125 ml (½ cup) vanilla Greek yogurt
30 ml (2 tablespoons) maple syrup
Some ice cubes
Place the tea bag in the milk and cold infuse in the fridge for 12-24 hours.
Remove the bag. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and reduce to a liquid purée.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
