« Health experts agree that drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water a day is one of the best habits you can adopt for your health. Water hydrates the skin, allows the brain to function well, fights fatigue and headaches associated with dehydration, aids digestion and intestinal transit. Drinking a full glass of water makes your stomach feel full, and can be effective in calming the urge to snack.
How do we integrate this healthy habit into our busy schedules? The ideal is to distribute our 1.5 liters of water throughout the day. Fill a large bottle, carry it everywhere with you and make sure to finish it every day. Fill it up every night before bed and store it in the fridge overnight.
Do you find drinking plain water boring? Changing the way you drink it can make it more appealing. Turn your still water into non-still water, adding to your bottle, if desired: a sachet of your choice of herbal tea, fruit, cucumber slices or aromatic herbs, before refrigerating it overnight.
Delicious frozen, all our herbal teas can be cold infused 24 hours +. No need to remove the sachet before consuming. And with 70% medicinal plants in each of our herbal teas, it's easy to combine the useful with the pleasant to promote your daily well-being. So hop, grab your bottle the next day and you are ready to go for another well hydrated day!
Cheers! »
It all started in 2015 on a trip to the Rose Valley in Bulgaria and then to the Spice Bazaar in Istanbul, Turkey. Whole Damascus rosebuds, each more fragrant and colorful than the next, were sold there in bulk to make tea and other culinary delights.
Inspired by the beauty of nature, the seed sprouted. Passionate about botany, natural health and gastronomy, and with a Bachelor's degree in NeuroScience, it was time to go back to my roots. Back in Quebec, my partner Pierre and I wanted to recreate at home the gastronomic refinement of authentic whole flower teas and herbal teas. And that's how FloralTea was born.
We hope you love our creations as much as we do!
