Strawberry and hibiscus daiquiri

Daiquiri à la fraise et hibiscus

PREPARATION: 20 minutes | REST TIME: 1 hr |YIELD: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet (3g loose) of Poppy FloralTea
  • 250 ml (1 cup) frozen strawberries
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) strawberry jam or FRAGOLI (alcoholic strawberry liqueur)
  • 300ml boiling water
  • 1 wedge of fresh lime and white sugar (for frosting the glasses)

Preparation

  1. Infuse the herbal tea in boiling water for 15 minutes. Remove bag and refrigerate.

  2. Rim the rim of 2 margarita glasses with the lime wedge and sugar.

  3. In an electric blender, combine cooled brew and all ingredients. Mix until smooth.

  4. Pour into margarita glasses. Enjoy!
