Ingredients
- 15-30 ml elderberry syrup *
- 4-6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 fresh lime, cut in 2
- 100 ml of sparkling wine (Prosecco, Champagne, etc.)
- 50ml sparkling water (Harrington Botanic Wintergreen suggested)
- Ice cubes
Manual
- In a large wine glass, place the mint leaves and crush them gently.
- Squeeze the 2 halves of the lime into the glass to extract the juice.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of Elderberry syrup (or more to your taste)
- Add the wine, then the sparkling water
- Fill the glass with ice cubes
- Stir gently to mix the ingredients
- Garnish with a slice of lime
* Elderberry Syrup
Ingredients
- 8-10 g of Elderberry FloralTea herbal tea
- 200 g of sugar
- 400 ml of boiling water
Manual
- In your FloralTea infuser bottle (or any other 500 ml container), add the herbal tea, sugar and boiling water (slowly).
- Close the bottle and shake vigorously until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Let sit for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Place in the fridge for 8 hours (or overnight).
- Filter the syrup into a storage container.
- The syrup will keep in the fridge for 2 weeks.
