Blue bubble tea with forget-me-not flower

Bubble tea bleu à la fleur de myosotis

PREPARATION: 30 minutes | REST TIME: 2-3 hrs |YIELD: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 sachets (or 6 g loose) of Myosotis FloralTea herbal tea
  • 250 ml (1 cup) coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) tapioca pearls, of your choice
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) maple syrup
  • 300ml water, boiling
  • Blue polka dot flowers, for color (optional)
  • A few ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Remove pouches and refrigerate.
  1. Cook tapioca pearls according to package directions. Reserve in the cold.

  2. Infuse the herbal tea (with a few blue pea flowers if desired) in boiling water for 15 min.

  3. Remove pouches and refrigerate.

  4. In 2 large glasses, place the cooled tapioca pearls and infusion. Add maple syrup and ice cubes. Enjoy your bubble tea with a big boba straw.
