Cook tapioca pearls according to package directions. Reserve in the cold.
Infuse the herbal tea (with a few blue pea flowers if desired) in boiling water for 15 min.
Remove pouches and refrigerate.
In 2 large glasses, place the cooled tapioca pearls and infusion. Add maple syrup and ice cubes. Enjoy your bubble tea with a big boba straw.
